The food was too delicious… perfectly balanced with spices. Really enjoyed our lunch there. Would definitely visit again. We had ordered Chicken and lamb tikka combo and Chicken and lamb kabob combo. Both were great.

Halal! Great Afghan food in Baltimore Inner Harbor Had the mixed platter and meat was nice and tender We ordered Wings twice more cause they were so good The fried cauliflower appetizer was tasty but a bit on the spicy side, so be careful Mango lassi was good as well; It’s not in the best part of town so be careful, and inside is a bit small; otherwise, great place to enjoy food

Amazing food and service with delicious kababs and curry along with the kabuli rice is beautiful taste and they have the Karak chai which is really great after a meal! The kababs are juicy well grilled to taste and the lamb curry which was the Monday special today was delicious

I ordered uber eats, everything was delish! I got the raviolis aushak , beef samosas, chicken bowl, sabzi spinach, and baklava. Ravioli was so interesting, crunchy scallions inside and creamy sauce with a tomato sauce of some sort. Samosas were great (wish the chutney was spicier), and my chicken bowl was very good. I kind of wish the hummus for my bowl was more on the side rather than poured on top, just a note to ask for that if you prefer. Haven’t tasted the other two items yet bc I was so filled up by the rest. So many flavors!

This place is fantastic! The food is super high quality, great portions and surprisingly inexpensive (I bought 3 meals, a side of Kadu (pumpkin) and Hummus and after tip and tax it was still only $66! I Love the Kadu- sweet and savory. I love the Lassi drink, and I keep coming back for the Lamb and Chicken kebab combo. Their rice is amazing, aromatic with just enough veggie and I believe golden raisins maybe? To have great flavor and texture. The Hummus was really nice and fresh too. I come to Baltimore for an event at the Lord Baltimore hotel every March and I Never miss eating here at least once while I'm local!

Maiwand Grill impressed me with its flavorful dishes, good portions, and excellent value. I ordered the Vegetable Platter, which included a variety of cooked house vegetable dishes, fluffy naan, fragrant rice, and a creamy cilantro yogurt sauce—all for just $12.99. Every element was delicious and well-prepared, especially the naan, which was warm, soft, and perfect for scooping up every last bite. I also tried the Potato Samosas, which were mini in size. Crispy on the outside with a potato chunk on the inside, they were paired with a tasty dipping sauce that tied everything together. The total for everything came to just over $20, which felt like a deal considering the quality and portion sizes. The dining area was clean and inviting. You choose a table with a number and order the register—they’ll bring your food out once it’s ready. Ours arrived in about 10 minutes, even though the place was buzzing with customers. I left very satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving flavorful Afghan cuisine at a great price!

Ordered my meal through Uber Eats and collected within about 10-15 mins. I had the delicious lamb kebabs with Kabuli rice, sabzi and naan. Amazing! Will definitely visit again. Though I didn’t dine in there is a sizable space and great for small groups.
